(4) Zumba Gold – suitable for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

(5) Zumba kids – Perfect for our younger Zumba fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

(6) Cardio dance – fuse musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout using hiphop or international tracks.
